Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that SupTech (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

  • You will receive up to 4 messages per month (or specify your intended frequency).
  • You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (949) 630-3639. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • United States participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
  • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.
  • Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
  • By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that SupTech reserves the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I Be Charged for the Text Messages I Receive?

SupTech will never charge you for the text messages you receive. However, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

SupTech – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how SupTech collects, uses, and shares your personal information. By using our services (including SMS messaging), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Data Collection

We collect personal and activity data, which may be linked.

  • We use technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience.
  • Our systems also log information like your browser, operating system, and IP address.
  • We may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.   • This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used only to provide and improve our service.

You can request to see or delete your personal data.

  • You may sign in to your account (if applicable) to see or delete any personally identifiable information we have stored, such as your name, address, email, or phone number.

We may keep data indefinitely, unless you specifically request its deletion (subject to any legal or contractual obligations).

We may share personal data with companies we trust, but we do not sell or share your mobile phone number for marketing purposes.

  • We may share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email, or phone) with trusted partners in order to provide you with relevant advertising, offers, or services on our behalf.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

California Residents

California residents are legally entitled (at no charge and no more than once annually) to request information about how we may have shared your information with others for direct marketing purposes. Contact us for this information at annainstall@suptech.global.

6. Ad Tracking

Ad companies collect anonymous data. You can opt out.

  • Advertising companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications.
  • Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but not to your identity.
